For years, I suffered from major postpartum anxiety, that ultimately became chronic anxiety. I would open my eyes to a racing heart, avoid eating any foods that triggered stomach problems, and had panic attacks multiple times a day. I tried everything from breathing techniques, to exercise, even meditation!
